Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 days using the courier service best suited for your location and the fastest available option.
Processing takes place Monday to Friday only; orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.
2. Shipping
Standard delivery takes 12 to 15 business days for most locations. For countries outside Europe, the USA, Canada, and the UK, delivery may take 16 to 25 business days. However, you may receive your order earlier.
All shipments include a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s progress. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs clearance or postal issues beyond our control.
If an item is out of stock, additional 7 to 10 days may be required for production and shipping.
3. Accuracy of Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and details when placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
4. Returned Packages Due to Undeliverability
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a $15.00 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
5. Refused Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery, a $15.00 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
6. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier listed in your shipping confirmation for further assistance.
We do not provide refunds for packages marked as delivered and are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments during transit.
7. Customs Taxes and Duties
Customs fees, duties, and taxes vary by country. We cannot guarantee whether additional fees will apply, and customers are responsible for covering any customs charges required by their local authorities.

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in North America and Asia, depending on product availability.
9. Estimated Delivery
Delivery timeframes are based on estimates and do not account for unexpected courier delays. If your shipping address is in a rural area, please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery.
