  • Return Window: Defective items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if items are damaged (beyond our control) or returned past 15 days.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. Email us to request an exchange.

Change of Mind
Returns are not accepted for a change of mind.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.
  • A $10 restocking fee applies to cancellations.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
